ARE YOU A GOOD FIT
TO COACH AT LARK?

WHAT MAKES YOU A GOOD FIT TO COACH AT LARK?

Our ideal candidate is someone humble, hard-working, great with people, and who wants to be a part of a strong team. Knowledge and experience are a plus, but likely not the determining factor.

We are looking for coaches who will thrive while coaching 20-25 hours per week of one on one or small group sessions. We are a boutique personal training studio and our mission is to provide committed people the opportunity for physical freedom through professional coaches that educate and foster an inclusive and curious community. We believe that the best way to make a career out of being a coach is through a combination of personal training, individualized classes, and taking an active role in your own continuing education.

We are seeking individuals who align with our mission and core values and aspire to become a full-time coach, whether they are ready now, or believe they can work their way towards this role in the coming years. We are interested in giving a passionate, novice coach the education and skills needed to make this a lucrative, full time career.

Let’s get down to the details…

Take a look to the details at the right — and if this sounds like the perfect position for you, please email Beth Hansen directly at beth@larkgso.com with a brief overview of why you want to coach at Lark and why you think it could be a good fit.  Be specific here.  We care less about your resume, and more about why you want to be a part of our team.
